Design basis

Two high-pressure configurations.

Available as a fully loaded assembly or bare fluid-end block, with 4.0-inch and 4.5-inch plungers.

  • Five-cylinder valve-over-valve layout with serviceable stuffing boxes
  • Straightforward valve, seat, packing and plunger changes
  • OPI EnduraCore™ controlled high-strength material system for severe cyclic fracturing duty
  • OP standard-duty or XP premium-duty plungers, packing, wing-guided valves and removable seats
Flow rates shown correspond to 330 rpm, 8-inch stroke and 100% volumetric efficiency. OP or XP consumables are available for each configuration.
