Design basis

Three high-pressure configurations.

Available as a fully loaded assembly or bare fluid-end block, with 4.0-inch, 4.5-inch and 5.0-inch plungers.

  • Five-cylinder valve-over-valve layout with integrated, non-removable stuffing boxes
  • Straightforward valve, seat, packing and plunger changes
  • OPI EnduraCore™ controlled high-strength material system for severe cyclic fracturing duty
  • OP standard-duty or XP premium-duty plungers, packing, valves and seats
Maximum flow is shown at 300 rpm and 11-inch stroke. Maximum pressure is a separate low-speed pump reference limit; the maxima are not simultaneous. Final assembly ratings depend on the selected connections and approved technical schedule. OP or XP consumables are available.
